Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to For the Queen for Android, the Cheebo Games website, and related player-support communications. Cheebo Games is an independent game studio.

2. Information we receive directly

For the Queen does not require an account. We do not ask for your legal name, mailing address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health information, or payment-card number to play.

When you email us for support or privacy assistance, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as screenshots, device model, operating-system version, app version, or troubleshooting details. We use that information only to answer the request, investigate problems, protect the service, and keep reasonable support records.

3. Game data stored on your device

The game stores the following information locally on your device:

• Completed levels, star ratings, best times, and puzzle progress;
• Daily challenge results and streak information;
• Hint or reward balances and unlocked visual themes;
• Audio, notification, accessibility, and other game settings; and
• Purchase entitlements needed to recognize content you have unlocked.

This local data generally remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game. Clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently erase local progress unless a platform restore feature applies.

4. Data processed automatically

The Android release uses Google Mobile Ads, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play Billing. The app's Google Play Data safety form must match the SDK versions and configuration used in the released build.

Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK can automatically process IP addresses, user interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. The exact data processed can depend on SDK version, configuration, region, consent, and features used.

5. Advertising and consent

For the Queen displays advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements that provide in-game benefits after viewing. Depending on your location, age category, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where required, the game will present a consent or privacy-choice message before eligible advertising data is used. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID and manage ad-personalization controls in your device or Google settings. Purchasing the Premium or ad-removal option removes normal advertising but does not necessarily prevent processing required for purchases, security, fraud prevention, or diagnostics.

6. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Cheebo Games does not receive your full payment-card information. We may receive a purchase token, product identifier, transaction status, and related records necessary to verify and restore your entitlement, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

7. Notifications

If you enable reminders, For the Queen schedules local notifications about daily challenges, streaks, or available rewards. You can disable notifications at any time in the game or Android settings. The game does not use notification permission to read your messages or contacts.

8. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed or shared with Google and other vendors that provide the services described above; with professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law; or to protect players, Cheebo Games, and others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or legal claims.

Advertising-related processing may qualify as "sharing" or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, privacy choices will be provided through the game, Google's consent tools, or device settings.

9. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, troubleshoot, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Third-party services retain information under their own settings and policies.

Because the game does not create an account, there is no account to delete. You may erase local game data through Android's app-storage controls or by uninstalling the game. You may ask us to delete information you sent directly to us by emailing cheebogamesdev@gmail.com. We may need enough information to locate and verify the request.

10. CheeboGames.com

The Cheebo Games website is a mostly static informational site. The alpha and launch pages include a MailerLite signup form so you can request to join testing or be notified at launch. When you submit that form, MailerLite processes your email address and any details you provide in order to add you as a subscriber and send the messages you asked for. Those pages may set cookies from MailerLite and, for spam protection, use Google reCAPTCHA, which is governed by Google privacy terms. Other pages of the site do not load these services. When you click a plain email link, your email provider handles the message under its own privacy practices. See the MailerLite Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

11. Children's privacy

For the Queen is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly to Cheebo Games. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

If the app's selected Google Play target age groups change to include children, the advertising, consent, SDK, and privacy disclosures must be updated before release.

12. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Information processed by service providers may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.

14. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data that Cheebo Games controls. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. Most automatically processed advertising, analytics, and diagnostic information is controlled through the service provider, consent interface, or device identifier rather than an account.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, SDKs, business practices, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated within the app or store listing when appropriate.
